"The facilities are pretty good I would say, but whoever is managing the bookings there of the inside courts, I found him pretty rude, while trying to engage him on a persistent issue that has been a normal occurrence while we have been booking their facilities on weekends for different sports. His response was pretty shocking asking me "not to book the facility if we have such a problem with it". A great reminder that we are not some group that books it for one odd hour. We booked this facility for 4-5 hours for different sports. The sheer audacity to give such a response in the service industry doesn't look nice. The owners and the management have done a great job to build such facilities but recruitment such as these could greatly hamper the kind of good work they have been doing. I hope they correct this otherwise a fantastic venue to be at 🤝"
